I have ridden Kinvaras for many years and have owned all numbers 3 and up. I wasn't a big fan of the last few models - 10 and 11 - which was the tongue too big and soft and the overall feel wasn't as good as the 7 and 9. Although I've only run them twice I can say that this new model - 12 - is one of the best! The tongue is thin and adapts perfectly to the tip of the foot. They feel like old vermilion - light and fast! Time will tell how they hold up, but if they hold up I'll be buying at least

Love the Future Black. Although the photos look better than real. The top doesn't fit me, something doesn't seem right, maybe there's too much room in the toe area. In a fast shoe I would expect the upper to wrap more around the foot and fit better. The midfoot is nice and secure but again I'm not sure what it is but the overall fit is a bit off for me but works.
