Good shoes and light weight, easy to assemble

The shoe's BOA system is the most comfortable part of the shoe, no need to lace up when wearing it. Easy and convenient to use.

Pros
  • They have excellent grip when going uphill, even on wet grass.
Cons
  • May not be suitable for people with high arches.

Breakthrough performance

Extremely durable. So much so that I bought a second pair for gardening. The lacing system always works perfectly. I highly recommend this shoe.

Pros
  • Voladora de Trope
Cons
  • Could be bad design.

New overview of the BOA system

The seams on the little toe of the right foot are already starting to tear. This isn't the worst shoe I've ever bought online. A good thing is the BOA system instead of laces and/or velcro. really awesome system.

Pros
  • Great shoes! Exactly what I expected from Saucony.
Cons
  • May not be appropriate for every outfit or occasion

Comfortable with good traction

I've only been wearing these shoes for about a week, but they are very comfortable for me. I'm not a runner but I've put on a few miles and the grip on every surface I've encountered is excellent. They appear to be durable, but time will tell.

Pros
  • I like the tie system. I love the color and they are true to size.
Cons
  • May not provide adequate cushioning

Great footwear for outdoor activities

I liked these shoes so much that I bought 3 pairs in different colors. The BOA system is great for trail running and the grip is excellent. Took them on a hike around Lake Powell, also on the water and they've held up great. The landing is looser than expected, but there's no risk of falling. I have wide feet and they fit perfectly in the sock. Very breathable shoes!

Pros
  • Great! Fast delivery despite Corona! Pass perfect! As expected from Soucony!
Cons
  • May not be suitable for people with sensitive skin or allergies

BOA vs. LACES is good for me

I've bought a couple of pairs of Ever running shoes and love them. I didn't notice BOA's characteristics when choosing this pair. It is comfortable, but not as comfortable as models with laces.

Pros
  • The shoe's tongue and collar are padded for extra ankle and instep padding, while the lace-up closure provides a snug, comfortable fit.
Cons
  • May not be suitable for those who require a narrow heel.

Buone nn ottime - my new review

I love the hue and the fit so it's hard to find shoes these days that don't look like they're from a Ronald McDonald or Captain Crunch line. The heel narrows more than the front of the shoe. But for me they fit perfectly and are comfortable because I have a wider foot (particularly a wide forefoot) so I have trouble finding shoes as other shoes usually have the heel slipping while my forefoot feet are snug in the shoe doesn't matter how hard I push my heel into the back of the shoe. This sole…

Pros
  • Fits perfectly
Cons
  • May not be warm enough for cold weather

Great all-round off-road shoe

Shoes are great! True to size and very comfortable. Provides good support for hiking/cross-country skiing and the lacing system is top-notch. I would recommend these shoes to anyone looking for something in between running and hiking shoes.

Pros
  • Go to exercise. They fit well with a wide toe and are easy to adjust.
Cons
  • Can become slippery on wet surfaces

The top corner comes off behind the little finger.

The most comfortable shoes I've ever bought. I love shoelaces. I love how they hug my leg. Unfortunately, as with other reviewers, the top corner of the shoe was torn just behind my pinky toe on both. I didn't wear them every day and had them less than 3 months when this happened. Attention buyers.

Pros
  • Punctual! Top shoe
Cons
  • Can't be stylish or trendy

Extremely comfortable with adequate protection

I've ridden 50 miles in my new Switchback Iso and am very impressed. These shoes don't have the usual plate on the outsole to protect against sharper rocks, which was a concern for me, but for all but the most technical, unkempt. Trails, these shoes can handle it. The lacing wheel seems useless but actually saves a lot of time and the ratcheting sound is reassuring. I overtightened them on my left foot during a run which caused foot discomfort, but I attribute that to user error. Compared to…

BOA shoes ..... in my review

I bought a size up because I wear custom insoles. These shoes are not wide so I needed a larger size. They fit adequately but not great.

Pros
  • Responsive Cushioning: The shoe features a responsive cushioning system that ensures you get the comfort you need during long walks or runs.
Cons
  • May not be suitable for those who prefer minimalist or barefoot shoes.

Bad fabric quality

Very convenient. I love the BOA lacing system. But the fabric frayed where the toe was worn in less than a week. I will not buy shoes made from this fabric again.

Pros
  • The shoes have a supportive construction that provides stability and helps reduce the risk of injury, especially when walking or running on uneven surfaces.
Cons
  • May not be suitable for people who require a special insole or insole.

I think the size is right

I really love these shoes. Minimalist feel, good grip and I'm a big fan of the lacing system. But even without the ISO, these are amazing shoes. The only thing to watch out for is that they have a wide toe box if you're not used to that.

Pros
  • Only sneakers...hadn't broken them in yet...but they're good and comfortable now
Cons
  • Not waterproof

Voladora de Trail in my review.

Please note that these may not meet your needs. I give four stars because this shoe is well made and otherwise very good. Good shoes. i won't lie Like the lace-up style, the colors and materials are great. The only noticeable downside for me, related to the shoe itself, is that the toe box is too small. Unfortunately, the shoes tried desperately to make me unable to walk. I walk head to toe, not toe to toe. It might have something to do with it. The constant pressure on my Achilles tendon was…

Pros
  • Lightweight construction: The Saucony Switchback ISO men's hiking shoe is made from lightweight materials so you can wear it for long periods of time.
Cons
  • May not be suitable for those with certain foot problems or conditions

ventilation in my head

I use it not only for hiking but also for my daily commute to work. The mesh in the toe area is really ventilating, I could feel the LRT conditioner.

Pros
  • Great fit. Stable and soft. Excellent fit thanks to the lacing system.
Cons
  • May not provide enough traction

Fantastic my rating

I now have 4 pairs of these shoes and have just ordered the 5th. Why? Because these are the best minimalist shoes I've ever worn. I use them from regular trail running to everyday city wear and they work very well. The original pair now has a hole in the fabric fold due to wear and tear, but that's also because I wear them so often. They won't be your first choice for very rocky terrain as they don't have a flagstone and YOU will get bruises from the rocks. For any other terrain (besides dirt)…

Pros
  • Stylish Design: The shoe's red and black color combination along with the Saucony logo enhances its aesthetic and makes it suitable for everyday use.
Cons
  • May not be suitable for people who require a wide toe.

For those who want to slide off the trails

While these shoes look gorgeous and have a snug, minimalist fit, they have one fatal flaw: zero traction. The material on the bottom of the shoe loses traction in wet conditions, making them downright dangerous for navigating real trails. They don't have enough padding to be decent road runners. The only use for them is indoors at the gym.

Pros
  • Great light and fast trail running shoe. The BOA lacing system makes it easy to adjust the fit on the go.
Cons
  • May not provide adequate support when walking long distances

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Great that you can tie the laces on both shoes at the same time!

Boas on my shoes have changed my life. I've had boas on my snowboard boots and bike shoes, but never thought of putting them on my running shoes. Now I don't want shoes without them anymore. They are incredibly comfortable, light and grippy. They are excellent runners. I prefer to go barefoot but these guys are great when the trail gets too sandy for my weak feet. They seem to be very valuable, especially compared to other boa runners.

Pros
  • Like everything before
Cons
  • old

I need the rest of the Spiderman costume to do this.

I love the BOA fit. The micro profile is ideal for slippery rocks and desert runs. Some have reported that the outsole is not as thick and soft as other trail shoes, so it's probably not an ultra long trail shoe, but it was great for a day at the Grand Canyon. Drive (24 miles) followed by a brisk walk up and down Angels Landing the next day. I felt like Spider-Man - full confidence in my support. The only thing that confuses me is that the heel cup is weirdly crumpled. This does not affect the…

Tech-savvy; Needs more comfort

I really appreciate the lacing system for both comfort, functionality and coolness, but the insole feels like a hollow and doesn't give me the usual comfortable (flatter) surface that I'm used to in my other running shoes Sucony. I will try a new insole to correct my personal negativity towards shoes. I hope Saucony uses this lacing in more of their popular shoes.
