I bought these shoes because I walk a lot. Right out of the box they were my size with a nice toe box. Went through rough, muddy, rocky Pennsylvania terrain and they held up better than expected and had really good traction. I will definitely buy a few pairs.

Love this trail running shoe esp for slippery and slippery trail runs! They passed the test on a recent run on a rocky path full of feet and very slippery (moss, leaves, gumbo wet clay) and outperformed other runners' shoes. Very light, easily drains dirt and drains water quickly. Saucony is a shoe brand that I can take to the races right out of the box without breaking them in. I also have the Mad River which is a great all round trail shoe. I go 1/2 size up for a better fit.
