Order one size larger. The shoes appear to be well made. The only thing that bothers me are the laces, they seem flimsy. Bought for the race track.

My daughter finds these shoes very comfortable. It starts off great and we think this shoe will make running easier. She also uses them for the long jump. The spikes are the perfect length. We bought half a size up and they fit perfectly!

I trained with these spikes three times a week for a month and they broke completely. The laces literally come off the shoes at the toes. I am very disappointed with this purchase. My last pair of spikes lasted me 5 years and this one lasted 5 weeks. I will not buy this brand again.
