Filter didn't fit tank hole too big

I have an aftermarket gas tank tank hole too small for the filter so I had to leave it, I will install an in line filter you would like too

Pros
  • Best
Cons
  • High price

Fit check on arrival

Bought hoping it would fit my trx honda four wheeler but the nut is too faulty compared to my original. And because I hesitated, I can't get him back. Luckily it was cheap, maybe it will fit in something else in the future.

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Unusable features

Back to Fuel System

The rubber O-ring next to the tank is cracked. This was also addressed. The large nut lay on its side and broke off when I tried to flatten it so it would spin. Then it won't come back through the C clamp. I finally put it back on and then noticed a cracked o-ring on a separate filter tube.

Pros
  • Hands Free Operation
Cons
  • Minor Problems

No direct replacement.

Cons. The fuel valve outlet was smaller than the factory valve I removed, had to make a smaller fuel line to make it work. The valve also extends further than the original, meaning it can rub against your knee or snag on clothing. Advantages. The thread is correct and does not leak. Low price. Installed on a 1985 Honda 250sx ATC.

Pros
  • Best in its niche
Cons
  • Communication with seller

Good fit for Honda Big Red 250

As others have said, the fuel outlet is smaller than the carburetor inlet (so only 4 sprockets is the reason). This was easily fixed by inserting a short 3/16" Tygon fuel line into the 1/4" fuel line and then the 3/16" end with a stopcock and the 1/4" end connected to the carburetor. . So far Petok is working fine on my 1985 Honda Big Red 250 trike.

Pros
  • Comfortable to use
Cons
  • Reliable

Works perfectly. on Motorcycle & Powersports

This worked for my 1985 Honda atc250sx. I have an aftermarket plastic tank that originally had the gas shut off and has failed. Yes, the lockout outlet is smaller and the stock fuel line to the carburetor is larger. I was able to get a small diameter fuel line about 3/8" long and put it over the cutoff outlet. I was then able to put the stock line on top and use the stock clip to secure the hose to the cutoff.

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • Not Confident

The petcock is the best in parts

the thing sucks, built in filter didn't fit the tank was too big so i took it off and put it on without the filter and when i went to reconnect the gas line with minimal To install pressure, she jumped out from under the nut holding her at the bottom of the cock. bad design, or I just got a faulty one, I don't know which one. I think you get what you pay for at this price. I'm just calling it a waste as it would be half what I paid just to send it back.

Pros
  • good thing
Cons
  • looks

How does the backup function work?

The outlet is smaller than the inlet on the carburettor. All you have to do is put on a small clamp and tighten slightly. It doesn't fit and flow at this point. My only question is how does the reserve work if you only have one line to the tank. ?. My original had two pipes going into the tank, one was longer. And you would use it for "ON" throttle position. The other pipe was much shorter and was used for "reserve". I don't know how this one works. Maybe a small bowl underneath? I don't even…

Pros
  • An absolute legend
Cons
  • Almost never
