Masculine Scented Candles: Smoke & Vanilla Aromatherapy Candle for Men, Long Lasting Home Fragrance Review

This is a really manly scent. I'm not good at describing scents, but it's very woody. I would compare it to PF Candle Co.'s Teakwood & Tobacco. (great taste too) but Craft & Kin is $15 vs. $21 for a PF candle. I prefer soy candles to paraffin candles - they burn longer and are healthier. Conclusion: It smells wonderful and I will take it again!

this candle is so good. Cool packaging. The smell is just wonderful. Wooden wick - crackling and soothing. Victorian library drinking tea with a book on her lap. Some masculine scents seem to burn my nasal cavity or something, they are very harsh, but this one is more calming and relaxing. So far I have been so pleasantly surprised with these candles from Craft & Kin and will definitely be buying more.

This time I chose the Pine and Carnation candle that was sent to me. The pine smell bothered me when my grandmother was cleaning with pine cleaner. It was a pungent smell and you defiantly knew it was cleaning day. This candle didn't smell at all. It did have a piney "high note," but there were so many other scents mixed in with it. It reminded me of a walk in a wet spring in the Canadian Rockies. You could smell the forest, but beneath all the other smells was a faint hint of pine. Aromatic…

The wooden wick combined with the black glass jar adds a nice touch of luxury. We really like the smell, it's strong when it's burning and it lingers long after the flame dies out. There is a fabric label that definitely sets this candle apart from the other products in the Craft & Kin line, which wasn't necessarily our favorite look but would be a really nice feature if it were clearer. I was absolutely keen to try the other scents in this range, but this one was a really nice blend of vanilla

This is a lovely little candle with a stylish wooden wick and a very nice warm glow. Keep in mind that lavender forest is much more cologne-like than a typical lavender scent. If you go to the flower shop, this is not the case. If you like a more musky/masculine scent, this could be for you. The "Forest" overtone isn't quite needle-like - more downright masculine cologne. In general, I was a bit hesitant about the scent of the candle because I thought it would smell too tart and not very pleasant. The thought of a pine and clove scented candle in my bedroom was too much, but I decided to take a chance and give it a try. Now that I have received and used the candle, I am VERY glad I chose this scent.
