This is a lovely little candle with a stylish wooden wick and a very nice warm glow. Keep in mind that lavender forest is much more cologne-like than a typical lavender scent. If you go to the flower shop, this is not the case. If you like a more musky/masculine scent, this could be for you. The "Forest" overtone isn't quite needle-like - more downright masculine cologne. Not bad or strong, just unexpected. In any case, when the candle is lit the smell is very, very faint - in a large room it's practically non-existent unless you bend over to smell it. As such, it would be great for an intimate space, especially if you're hoping to showcase more fragrance. If you have a company, it will be really nice to shine in the guest bathroom.
