The photos accompanying this review were taken with a professional colorimeter and clearly show that the Scepter Q27 only reproduces 97% sRGB. I ordered two of these monitors for work about a month ago. The color and brightness are great and I love having extra screen real estate for all my apps. However, after only 5 weeks, both screens burned out a bit. I only use them when I'm working from home, which is maybe two days a week. This monitor was great for the price, but you do have to contend with a few annoying issues. The source selection is the largest, as far as I know there is no dedicated source selection button. Instead, you have to navigate through the menu to change the source. However, if you don't have an active source on the last port you used, you won't be able to open the menu at all, which can land you in a deadlock if you're not careful.

I bought it on sale so it was a bargain. Does everything I have to do. I'm an image editor, so the maximum refresh rate of 75 Hz doesn't bother me. Arrived well packaged with all necessary parts and tools. Plus, the RGB lighting on the back is a nice touch.

It has good screen quality. I didn't know it had LEDs on the back when I bought it, so that was a pleasant surprise. The speakers are worse than you would expect from a monitor, almost useless if you're used to good sound quality in the past. If you want to connect speakers, this shouldn't be a problem.

I was pleasantly surprised by the packaging and instructions. Easy to set up, but without special drivers. Use the universal Microsoft drivers. The biggest disappointment are the built-in speakers - they sound terrible and have no bass. Looks like they used the cheapest tweeters. Had to use my "old" Dell soundbar to get decent sound quality.

Lots of good reviews for this monitor. ☺ The price seemed reasonable to me, so I grabbed it. I performed an SRGB color calibration using DisplayCAL and a Spyder5 colorimeter. That might seem excessive for a budget monitor, but that's exactly what I did. ☻ Results show that the monitor does not meet Scepter's stated "99% sRGB". I use this monitor as a second screen for my Mac Air M1. It was easy to assemble and set up, and the Mac Air nailed it the first time. I have a hub that connects to USB-C and has an HDMI port. It's bright and colourful.

Replaced widescreen monitor, very satisfied. Exceeds my expectations. Since I'm not a player, I can't comment on that. Does everything else I could ask for on a budget.

I have a decent laptop but the screen is too small. I use this screen to make my laptop more comfortable. It's cool because I can connect my PS2 to it if my son doesn't want to leave his PS4. The picture is excellent. Happy with the purchase.

Like I said the sound sucks, I plugged in computer speakers and the sound didn't improve at all, in fact got worse, plus no remote control so I'm sending this back.

Bought as a second monitor, everything works. Colors are decent and response times are decent. 75Hz is not very noticeable and I keep it at 60Hz. I wouldn't have bought it if it wasn't on sale. I bought for 150 so good value for money.

I am very happy with the image quality, I have variable daylight in my office and the image is well preserved in all lighting conditions.

Based on 1080p monitors, this one is 1 million times better. It's like another world! Very easy to set up and comes with a DP cable. My only negative point for the monitor is the described "thin frame". The outer plastic part of the frame is thin, but the distance between it and the visible part of the screen is much larger than expected. Keep in mind it's still thin.

I ordered two for the office. Very nice next to the thin frame. The picture quality is good, the response is sufficient for office and light games. This monitor is not for serious gamers. The best performance for the price.

I only bought it because of the lower price and the similarity to my high-end gaming monitor because I also work from home and needed a second monitor. The back is a bit thick so it's a bit heavier and the speakers aren't that great. But other than that it has surprisingly good picture quality and overall I'm happy with my purchase and would recommend it if you're looking for a 2K sub-144Hz monitor.
