Good product if you have unique needs

I like that this software allows me to use my own scheduling format, which is not standard in other systems. It also has lots of features and seems to do what I want. I dislike that it takes some time to get used to using all the functions. I would recommend it to anyone looking for an alternative to Microsoft Outlook or who is tired of having to enter information about their appointments every day. We are able to keep track of our schedule without having to manually input everything into the…

Pros
  • You can create your schedules however you'd prefer
  • Lots more options than outlook's calendar function; including reminders before appointment times so they don't conflict.
  • The app works well while offline (great when we go out camping)
  • Great customer support team! They respond quickly if there needs be any problems at work.
  • Customer service reps help resolve issues

Great tool for staying efficient and not missing important meetings

I love that you can schedule reminders in advance, so if something is coming up or an appointment has been missed then all of your information will be there to remind me! It's also very helpful when traveling as well because everything syncs automatically with my phone calendar which helps keep things organized while away from home/office too!! Nothing really at this time but they have some great features like being able sync calendars between devices (phone & computer) etc.. Overall its helped
