I love that you can schedule reminders in advance, so if something is coming up or an appointment has been missed then all of your information will be there to remind me! It's also very helpful when traveling as well because everything syncs automatically with my phone calendar which helps keep things organized while away from home/office too!! Nothing really at this time but they have some great features like being able sync calendars between devices (phone & computer) etc.. Overall its helped us stay more productive by having our schedules set ahead-of -time rather than waiting until we get into work each day just hoping nothing comes through before 9am :).
