Push Operations Review

Great product! I have used other similar products in past but this is my favorite as it has all that i need plus more. The interface isn't too cluttered so it's nice when managing employees/schedules at times. There are no flaws like they say there will be. We've had some issues here and there but they really help with those problems very quickly (usually within 1-2 days). The best thing about push operations is that it helps me keep track of my schedule without having to check in every day or look at my phone all day. I can also see what time people are working when they aren't scheduled. Sometimes this will show up as an error but usually just shows up once. I like that I can add my own tasks to the system which is very important as we are a busy restaurant. The customer service has been top notch. They have helped us out in an emergency situation when our server computer crashed. We would love if they could offer more than just one version of their software. I enjoyed how simple it was! There are so many things that can make an app complex but this one is really straight forward once set-up; we had more control over our schedules than any other system out there allowing us much greater accuracy with them (and also helping increase their availability). I love that we can change our schedule as much or little at any time without having it locked down by another user's approval process! This is also very customizable which helps us keep track with what exactly each person does in their position so there isn't too many things left out when someone changes over jobs/responsibilities within an area (eatery).
