I never write reviews but I think this product deserves one. The deodorant smells great - like lime popsicles. Deodorant also leaves chemical burns on the armpits. I tried this product last week and got huge, hot, painful red burns under and around my armpits. The formula is abrasive, but something more sinister is involved. I have tried many deodorants in my life and have never experienced such an allergic reaction. Please be careful! The smell is not worth the pain!

I ordered the stick on the left from Amazon, it's clumpy and crumbly and doesn't apply easily. The stick on the right is from the same brand, with the same smell of the target, it is soft and creamy, it glides comfortably on the skin. I love Schmidt's deodorant, especially the bergamot and lime scent, but I suggest just getting it from Target or another trusted store.

Devastated that the ingredients have changed because the company was bought out. I used to love this deodorant, now it never stops causing breakouts despite trying 3 different fragrances from this brand. I've never had any problems before. Compromising on ingredients meant you lost a loyal customer

I tried Schmidt's coconut deodorant for the first time and felt like a failure in an armpit for a few days. I know this was my detox from an antiperspirant I've been using for over 35 years. I decided not to give up and bought bergamot and lime instead. I love this stuff! I will never buy antiperspirant again! I had no irritation and no fear of failure. Happy!

The smell of it was very pleasant, but the deodorant itself is very aggressive and gritty. My skin isn't sensitive and it was still very uncomfortable to put on, that's why it doesn't slip and it seems like it falls apart when putting it on. I listened to the instructions, put it back in place and didn't move it immediately so my body temperature would warm it up, but that didn't help at all.

There is something wrong with the item received. It has hard, sharp lumps that are too painful to apply because they seem to be cutting into my skin. I used to use Schmidt deodorant and it had a completely different consistency. I think maybe this item was stored at too high a temperature and melted, and then when it came back to room temperature it just didn't solidify properly. I hope they send me a replacement. Otherwise, I love Schmidt's and love Bergamot & Lime, especially in summer.
