They're so beautiful they're heavy unlike the cheap plastic frames you can buy in the store. They really do look like a real tree! The glass is thick enough not to feel flimsy. I absolutely loved it, especially for the money. I definitely recommend them. I bought brown ones.

They are plastic but very durable. You have a unique view from the village side. I ordered 6 of these. In general I am satisfied with the purchase, only one was a little worn, but that's okay, the problem was immediately fixed with a small amount of puddle of wood and stain.

Although I found the price of wood too low, this was not clear in the description. So I figured it was just an unusually good buy. Instead, I found that these were faux wooden frames - not what I needed. However, they are well put together and feel like a decent product. Just don't expect it to be real wood.

I was expecting it to be a wooden frame but it's NOT a wooden frame - it's made of vinyl finished chipboard which *looks* like wood. It's actually pretty convincing, but the two frames and the "unique" wood textures are identical, so you can't put them side by side without them looking artificial. I shouldn't be going back given the low cost of the product so I'm not overly dissatisfied just disappointed that I think the listing is misleading in calling this photo frame 'wood grey'.

Unfortunately, both frames had "notches" in the paintwork. I think the barnwood finish was something like contact paper over MFD wood (I got that part wrong. I thought it was the real stain deal) but while it looked nice, the notches in the frames made it for unsuitable for use. I'm sorry it didn't work because they looked nice. I just adore her. I was a bit nervous as I had no luck with Revain and I feel like most people don't have luck with mail order frames. All mine were in excellent condition, no scratches or scuffs.
