Schwarzkopf Igora Royal Hair Color 5-0 Light Brown - Professional Hair Dye Review

So grateful for this product. I am severely allergic to a chemical used in most hair dye. This is the only color I know of that doesn't contain it, so I have almost no discomfort after coloring my hair. Beautiful and lasts a good 4 weeks. I love it.

I wanted dark brown not black. I bought Light Brown 5.0 with 20% developer, mixed 1:1. I left the color on for 30 minutes, I have a few silvery grays that do well with this color, it's definitely a deeper brown, not even remotely light brown. I mainly painted the crown. It gave me a nice deep color and dulled the light a bit. I really like the color and my hair still felt soft even after I sprayed some coconut spray on my roots. I have light brown 5-0 and it hides my gray roots perfectly. Mixed 1:1 with 6% developer, added 4g Anti-Red Concentrate (0-33) + another 4g developer. Like the result. Very natural.

The tube I received for level 5-0 was used. Half of the product is gone. One end of the box was securely closed, the other end was open. You can see the leftover paint on the cover. Very rude! This item is non-refundable, so of course I'm not happy!

It's definitely not a LIGHT brown. It wasn't black, but very, very dark brown. Disappointed as it wasn't even remotely light brown. Wouldn't buy again.

Easy to use, excellent coverage of grey/white hair, lasts 4 to 5 weeks. I use a Schwarzkopf blending solution, rinse off with a Schwarzkopf herbal sealer. I don't use shampoo or conditioner for the first two washes. I use shades of brown, from 4-0 medium to 5-0 light brown. It lasts about 30-35 minutes (a lot of gray hair), does not damage or dry the hair, even in the sun it shines beautifully. Very light, very high quality coloring, highly recommended.
