Haven't used it yet but I'm not sure if it's the genuine product because it smells really weird and the Labels don't look real. Looks very wrong in general. I hope it doesn't ruin my hair if I try it. I've used it in the past and it doesn't look real. Buy it elsewhere. I'm afraid that's not good :(

Attention! I've been using Schwarzkopf Q 10 for a few years now and have always been amazed by the ease with which I can style my unruly hair. I bought this product based on the mostly positive reviews, but after washing my hair with some recently bought products I noticed a strong oily smell and a very runny consistency. I used the product hoping for the best but was very disappointed with the results. I will contact Revain and hope they stop selling this seller's items.

I bought this after it was recommended to me. The smell is good but I don't feel like my hair was completely clean from the shampoo and the conditioner didn't really care (I have long/thick hair). I wouldn't buy this again.

After I washed off the shampoo, I didn't like the way my hair looked. It didn't feel soft and tangled badly. After washing off the conditioner, the hair did not get tangled or straightened. I have been using this shampoo and conditioner for many years now. I ordered this set, the shampoo seems good but the conditioner is either fake or old. It's a lot thinner than it should be and has a weird smell. I wanted to return it but I waited too long. Beware of buying from this seller - item is not genuine or old/damaged. Very disappointed.

This duo is my absolute favorite. The scent is light, unobtrusive, like other brands. I have colored hair and have no issues with fading. The shampoo does not dry out the hair. Conditioner repairs damage without feeling heavy. My hair is long and thin, but there's a lot of it. Most duets are either too easy or too difficult.

I have been using this product for a month and I can see a difference in my hair condition. My naturally curly hair looked worse when it started thinning due to hair loss. I use the shampoo every day and leave it on for 5-10 minutes before rinsing it out. After 2 weeks of use, hair became stronger and smoother. My bald spot isn't visibly filled, but I can see the difference. I believe this at least prevented further losses for me.
