Stains and Leaves Scratches

According to my experience, this slide staining tool is a disappointment. The metal easily scratches and stains, leaving an unsightly appearance. On the plus side, it can hold up to four slides at once. However, the scratches and stains make it difficult to use on a regular basis. I would not recommend this product for lab purposes.

Excellent staining rack

High quality staining rack, very strong and stable with space for staining multiple slides at the same time. Facilitates staining in our laboratory. Great purchase, highly recommend!

Does the job

This is just what you need to hold slides in place for staining. It's cheap and really not much, but it gets the job done. This allows you to adjust it for different sides of the sink, but my lab sink was barely long enough. It's also fairly flimsy to adjust, but is otherwise stainless steel and keeps my slides balanced.
