This is a great toy! I bought it for my twins and they always love to build flowers. The details are numerous and they can use their fine motor skills to build; creative use of color combinations; and patience to try to build bigger flowers. As a parent, I love the fact that it comes with a box/carrying bag. It is easy to deliver to the place and of course to store. It is necessary to explain spring to our children.

Our 3 1/2 year old and 1 1/2 year old both enjoy playing with this. There is a good range of details and colors. We store them in a different container because they are packed very tightly in the original container, making it difficult to return. Our girls still use the container as another toy. Just note that the flowers are held securely by the stems, but some types of stamens are loose in the flowers, causing them to fall out when turned upside down.

I bought a flower garden for my daughter's 6th birthday. When she opened it my daughter and 10 year old daughter immediately wanted to play with it.
