Not being a hairdresser, I found out by trial and error which side of the scissors to cut the hair on. Simple instructions would have been helpful. The pink plastic finger guards in the holes keep falling out and are useless. Shipping a little quicker than expected.

I FINALLY bought these for my poor Yorkie who is going bald at the groomer. He moves a lot and ends up shaved! 😳. I refuse to take it back! Using regular hair scissors is NOT GOOD! To be honest I have no experience as a hairdresser, which is good. Luckily my pup doesn't look in the mirror but I love the pup's haircut and his fur is growing SO FAST! I hope to use them for my next haircut and update them after use.

it was very easy to use this product. My hair is so thick and I'm hesitant to get a haircut during the pandemic but my hair tends to get thicker and thicker but the length isn't too bad. Now that this product is at hand, I don't have to worry about how thick my hair is getting. I used it once myself and it worked very well. Now my hair is much thinner and I feel so happy.

These scissors are not the greatest. When unpacking I was disappointed. You just don't look good. They don't even look like the advertised product photo. They are missing the pink toe inserts which was one of the main reasons I ordered them. They have a dull tone on the underside which makes the scissors look dirty. They also appear to be scratched. One of the rings has a strange notch. Also, a straight blade is rough and uneven. I wouldn't use them against my worst enemy!

Blade side stops at top edge of serrated side. You have to close the bottom of the teeth to cut anything. In addition, one of the grooves between the teeth is filled. By the way, when returning it, if you buy it, open it immediately, which luckily I did because the return policy is that it must be sent within 2-4 HOURS of delivery. . If you are not at home during the delivery, you are out of luck.
