Description of πŸ” ScorpionEXO EXO-AT950 Helmet - Matte Black, Large Size: Optimize Your Search

The EXO-AT950 can be used as a full face ADV helmet with external peak visor attached, or the peak visor can be removed and you have an aerodynamic touring helmet. Scorpion's oversized eye port is extremely wide for greater peripheral vision and downward visibility, and the modular chin-bar can be conveniently flipped up when you stop to get gas or ask for directions. The internal drop down SpeedView sun visor and KwikWick II liner will keep you comfortable all day long even as lighting conditions change throughout the day. Additionally, the EverClear shield can be removed and you can use the EXO- AT950 as a dirt helmet with goggles for off-road use. DOT approved. Meets the FMVSS 218 Standard.

Great deal for the price

Perfect fit. Very convenient. A little on the heavy side. The interior tinting works perfectly. breathe well Although it blocks most outside noise, it has a lot of wind noise. That's the only thing I don't like about it. Not bad once you get used to it.

Pros
  • Everything is great!
Cons
  • Functionality

Probably the best helmets for the price.

I feel like I spent the extra money on the sun visor and modular feature rather than safety and comfort; it feels heavy and i get a headache within an hour. I don't want to be too harsh though as it has removable pads and dusk sensing foam and comfort is perhaps subjective.

  • Good product for the price

Good helmet in protective gear

I used it quite heavily the first few times but loved this helmet. It's a bit heavier than my Oneal Sierra II that I've used, but I don't mind because this helmet is great. The visor closes and locks firmly, and when I want it slightly open it stays there too. It's a bit difficult to be totally glasses friendly, but I still wear glasses, even under the sun visor. This thing is a lot quieter than my only helmet and the speaker compartment is in a great location. In fact I had to give them up…

Pros
  • Great choice
Cons
  • Not sure

I love this helmet! It was a bit tight for the first few days but resolved quickly and now fits like a glove. It's twice as quiet as the other two helmets I've had. The speakers for my Bluetooth setup went in easily and sit far enough into the gasket that I don't even notice they're there. The upward movement of the face mask is smooth and clicks securely into place, and the inner shades work a lot better than I thought. The only part of this helmet that I don't like is the chin strap, they…

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Waiting too long
