Description of ScorpionEXO Unisex Adult Adventure Motorcycle EXO AT950 Motorcycle & Powersports in Protective Gear

The EXO-AT950 can be used as a full face ADV helmet with external peak visor attached, or the peak visor can be removed and you have an aerodynamic touring helmet. Scorpion's oversized eye port is extremely wide for greater peripheral vision and downward visibility, and the modular chin-bar can be conveniently flipped up when you stop to get gas or ask for directions. The internal drop down SpeedView sun visor and KwikWick II liner will keep you comfortable all day long even as lighting conditions change throughout the day. Additionally, the EverClear shield can be removed and you can use the EXO- AT950 as a dirt helmet with goggles for off-road use. DOT approved. Meets the FMVSS 218 Standard.

Good value for money and security! dual purpose.

If you are unsure of what style of driving you will be in the future, you may need one of these as it is a dual purpose safety helmet.

Pros
  • The Scorpion's oversized eyeport is extremely wide for better peripheral and downward vision, and the modular chin bar can be conveniently raised when you stop to refuel or ask for directions.
Cons
  • Difficult to say

Good Helmet - Protective Gear

Very nice helmet. The visor is clean, the view is excellent. The finish is excellent. Usually wear medium and order medium and it is very tight. I recommend ordering one size larger

Pros
  • The EXO-AT950 can be used as an ADV full face helmet with the outer visor attached, or the visor can be removed to give you an aerodynamic touring helmet.
Cons
  • sad packaging

Great Looking Helmet

Very nice helmet and even bigger with dark visor (to buy separately) I'm size 57, bought size M and it's a bit tight but I think it will lose a little with more use, only the back, can't use GoPro for the visor position but overall a nice and comfortable helmet happy with my purchase

Pros
  • The inner fold-down SpeedView sun visor and KwikWick II lining ensure all-day comfort, even when light conditions change throughout the day.
Cons
  • Some little things

Nice helmet, some pressure on the cheeks

I measured my head at the scorpion site and found it to be in the medium size range. Upon receipt everything was fine except for the cheek pads, these were very firm when I fully closed the visor. I contacted Scorpion and they recommended buying large pads (as they are thinner). I did and they got better but still a bit tight in the jaw. Maybe they will loosen up with time and use.

Pros
  • Also, the EverClear visor is removable and you can use the EXO-AT950 as a muddy helmet with off-road goggles.
Cons
  • Functionality

An amazing helmet that requires a break in period

Just opened and tried! Here are a few brief notes followed by details. 1 - The reviews of the cheek pads are correct. They are very tight 2 - very quiet helmet 3 - visor great for low speeds not so good for high speeds 4 - fold down visor is great for toning but not as a windbreak 5 - internal wind channels keep the cap cool. 6 - the modular switch is a lever, not a button 7 - the vent and visor interfaces are smooth and intuitive 8 - all in all a great helmet for the price. Definitely…

Pros
  • DOT Approved. FMVSS 218 compliant
Cons
  • Style 90
