    Lightweight tape

    It's not very thick compared to other tape I've bought before. However, it is stickier than other tapes I've had. I gave this product 4 stars but I am changing it to 1 star. After 2 days I went and peeled a piece of this tape off a round metal tube. The band split in half. The black color came off the sticky part. The sticky part did not peel off and fell into pieces. I thought it was weird so I tried taking another piece off. This was done with 9 pieces of tape.

    Not as good as I thought.

    Very disappointed with this product as it does not stick to the dashboard. The dashboard was cleaned of dust and dirt before trying to hide the hole. An attempt to hide a simple 4 inch hole in a car's dashboard. This tape only stayed on the hole for a couple of hours, then it started peeling and fell off. Then I tried several times to apply it to close the hole, it turned out to be the same. It perfectly sticks to itself, but cannot stay on the car dashboard. I have used a different brand and…

    Lightweight, tears easily BUT

    It's definitely for indoor use but I really don't know what I would use anything else for. When I pick up a roll of duct tape, I usually use it for heavy-duty tasks. I bought this tape to replace the worn out tape holding two lightweight mats together. Carpets are indoors on an attached enclosed porch. I did this a few days ago and it's already coming off the mat. I decided to try a light canvas pad over breaks in my hot tubs and after a few hours it swelled and became unusable. He doesn't like

    Great band! for tape

    Tape only has a problem when it's running low. Black tape works great for many different projects and jobs and looks cleaner than silver gray. The Scotch brand seems to connect me best. I currently have tape on plastic, paper, wood, rubber, over velcro, cork board edging and carpet. The tape does not stick to rubber and other materials, but has lasted for 4 months and will not peel off.
