I've been using this green tape for almost 50 years since painting cars. It's sticky and chewy. Caution: If you leave it on for too long, it will be difficult to remove. One trick is to apply a second coat to keep it from drying out.

I used this tape on board a sailboat to cover the transition between 'top color' and 'bottom color'. It was on the case for about (5) days but peeled off easily leaving no residue BUT WAIT - when it got better I used pieces of the same tape (that I just peeled off) to tape a different area of the case to mask. Masking tape doesn't get any better than this Jehovah's Witness

Ordered twice and received tape for roughness. It's not what this list is - it's concrete, brick, and cement tape. These are two different products. Very upset that I am receiving the wrong item / the listing is misleading. The actual concrete, brick and mortar tape is wonderful. I use it in my classroom and the items have not disappeared after 6 years. However, rough surfaces are sealed, objects fall the same day.
