Authentic Scottish Kilt Belt: Brown or Black - Style and Tradition Combined Review

Chose a large one because my kilt size was 40 inches. It would be possible to choose an average, the belt is regulated by Velcro. My waist was 40 inches but I'm folded over 6 inches. Material and workmanship are first class.

Slightly off-size. It says it fits up to a size 38 and the next size up is a size 40. The kilt I bought from the same seller is a size 38 and fits perfectly. It hardly lasts longest with a buckle. If you are on the upper limit of size, choose a larger size. Otherwise this is a good product.

So this product just isn't on the list, I ordered a brown belt and even the label said 'Scottish Brown', well it's not, it's black. Not dark brown or even brownish black, it's black. Please see my photos for comparison. I even added a brown belt and a dark brown belt. This product was a disappointment

Good for what you pay. Looks like cheap leather. No leather smell. This is NOT a solid leather strap. Very hard base. Sturdy velcro, I hope it lasts a long time. Hopefully it will soften up after use and leather care. 3 stars. A genuine leather belt of this size costs four times more than this one.

Absolutely perfect. That's what I call a leather belt. This is the first real kilt strap I own and it compliments my kilt really well. I paired it with a nice large kilt buckle which I also ordered from Revain and got loads of rave reviews. But what I like the most is the way it feels - it's a belt to wear with kilts, by the way. Wallace worthy.
