It doesn't make sense that a 49ft device would last about 1/3 the time an equivalent 26ft Elmer brand would last me. Working on the same project, Elmer's 26' took about 4-5 pages and EZ Dot's 49' took 2 pages. I'm not sure how they measure feet here.

Terrible. When they work they're fine, but when all the cutscenes are messed up - which I kinda have with every one of them - it takes 5x as long to use them and it basically doesn't work, even though there's plenty of duct tape left. I would like my money back as I am more than disappointed with the quality.

Based on the picture I assumed that I would get a permanent point supplement. To my dismay, I got a real holder instead. Haven't used this style for this company yet but have used others. I too was looking forward to supplies for my owner. I think a company should list and verify the order placed as well as the picture provided along with the description before submitting the order.

Received the ribbon slider and three replacement parts. After being used in 4 or 5 uses, the tape came out in large loops and would not rewind. Thinking something was wrong I replaced the ribbon as instructed with the same result. I called the company that made it and asked what I was doing wrong. They hinted (wink, wink) that they also have a problem and you just need to be careful when using it. I threw them all in the trash and bought another brand with no problem. save your money

Tried this brand after a company I bought for years went bust. 3L also made their own runner, so we hoped they would be the same. Pros: Runner glides smoothly, refuels easily. Cons: No way to fast-forward the tape if needed (the previous runner had a dial that I could use to fast-forward the tape if some segments fell off too early and the end of the tape wasn't visible). almost the same.
