I used to use a stainless steel tongue scraper and was happy with it. However, I recently read that copper has antimicrobial properties and can help with colds. I booked it at the perfect time because I had a company that went cold staying with me. I made sure to use it and when I felt tired I used the pin in my nostril for a few seconds after cleaning my tongue and then washed it off with soap. So far, so good.
