Feels solid, sturdy and well put together. And it's dishwasher safe - I just ran it through a dishwasher cycle and it looked fine. I don't bake very much, but maybe I'll do more now that I have an easier way to scrape dried dough off my countertops.

I need a basic table scraper, for picking up sliced food rather than cutting dough. This is the perfect match for my needs. The handle is very comfortable to hold and the construction of the product is very solid. The edges are sharp so care needs to be taken when using and washing, but I think that would also make it ideal for bakers. I am very happy with my little bank scraper!

It makes chopping and cooking so much better. For years I used the backs of my knives to move things around on a cutting board and stuff them into pots and pans, but it never worked properly. I ordered this as a nearly identical replacement for my old scraper that one of my kids ran off with. I had lots of these, they are so useful for cleaning, testing, whatever. What I was looking for was NOT a shredder, but one with a little more metal that doesn't bend easily and a hard plastic handle. It's almost an exact replacement. The only starlet is that the photo shows someone using it to cut vegetables, and it's not sharpened. You can tell it's not sharp like a knife from other photos. I
