Description of 🐈 Natural Hemp Rope, 1/4-inch Heavy-Duty Jute Twine for Cat Tree and Tower | DIY Scratcher, Scratching Post Replacement, Pad | Crafts, Gardening, Hammock, Home Decorating – 33FT

[HEALTHY] 100% natural hemp rope, twisted by traditional processing, manual drying, harmless to humans and animals. The hemp rope is so strong that it doesn't shed any of the tiny particles that people or cats breathe into their noses. If the twine is scratched, it will only drop large crumbs on the ground, easy to clean. [ECONOMY] Great replacement to repair the old worn out rope on the cat scratching post / tree, make it like a new ones, save you form having to buy a new one. Also can be used to wrap the legs of the furnitures or anywhere your cats like to scratch. This not only plays a decorative role, but also to avoid the cat’s paw. [GREAT CAT TOY] The hemp rope is 6mm(1/4inch) dia and is perfect for cat climbing and sharpening your cat's claws. The rope is a bit rough to human, but that’s what the cat likes. If you have catnip, add a cat nip under the rope as you wind it around the support. It drives them crazy and helps stop scratching elsewhere. [THREE CHIOCES] Make sure of the length that you need, better to have more than not enough. 33FT hemp rope is only enough to repair some places or a small post, 66FT hemp rope can be enough to cover a large post. If you have more post to re-rope, you can choose 164 FT. [WIDE RANGE of APPLICATION] This hemp rope can be tied to the furniture, flowerpot, cat house, tree, or anywhere your pet like.Tip,hemp rope itself has a little smell, just recevie need to dry a day to remove the smell, the cat will like it more.

Fur. the price is too high for what you get

I was in dire need of a rope for my kitten. After seeing how long 32ft short was, I realized too late and after finding some good stuff at my local hardware store. 10 times longer and thicker for my use.

Cons
  • Definitely bad product

66 feet covers 15 inches vertically.

Looks like a great rope. I only bought 66 feet. It covered part of the tree that had to be restored because the carpet was scattered everywhere and my cats ate it because it got caught in their claws. 66 feet of rope covered about 15 vertical inches of a cardboard tube about 3 inches in diameter. I used a stapler to pin it and then wrapped it tight.

Cons
  • Incredible piggy bank

Great replacement rope

I decided that instead of throwing away and replacing my favorite cat scratching posts, I would just replace the rope! It took me a lot longer than I thought it would, but it turned out great and I had enough time to make a homemade hanging "toy" to hang up. (See photo) I followed his instructions. to use hot glue once you rip off the old stuff. I'll update the review once my cats actually start scratching it.
