Scratching Scratcher Replacement Wrapping Furniture Review

I very rarely give 5 stars. I used to fix my scratching posts by wrapping them in sisal rope. This works wonderfully, but takes a lot of time and effort. This pad wraps up in seconds, fits perfectly, looks just as good and the durability is excellent at 6 months. I will always use this repair from now on.

My kittens tear the scratching posts in the form of carpets and cords quite quickly but this material lasts quite a long time. My cats love it and use it every day. Also, it's a lot cheaper than buying a new scraper. It easily attaches to any tree or scratching post. I'm sure I will buy more of these!

These covers/covers help protect my furniture legs from my hyperactive kitty but they aren't very good. They wear out very quickly and the velcro that holds them around the foot is pretty flimsy. I used spare hair ties to hold them around my legs. I remember seeing some reviews that others have reinforced them with extra velcro straps. I would recommend them, but I wouldn't really recommend them. There are definitely better products out there.

My vintage chair is protected from my cute spiked monsters. They have Velcro that allows you to wrap them around the legs of tables and chairs. I bought these because they are easy to attach to flat and curved surfaces. They are attached with these amazing corkscrews! It would be even better if they had support! I bought these 2 packs of sisal scratch pads/furniture liners to wrap around the treadmill to keep cats from scratching it. The catnip was musty dust. Got a good deal for the price and it's great that they come in a pack of two. I just bought a new scratching post for my boys and set it up in one room but wanted to use it in another room. We had to deal with an anxious cat that was scratching too hard. After trying repellent sprays, calming treats, etc., we decided to try a notepad to at least make him itch and get rid of his anxiety. These mats were about as others have described: cheap and my cats loved lying on them. That is, unless I smear catnip on them. They're fairly flexible, so if they're attached to a fabric chair or sofa with shaped pins, they'll probably work just fine. A bit thin. It is a layer of coarse sisal material (although much thicker than regular burlap) with an "L" velcro closure on opposite sides of the stretcher. So if you're hoping to wrap this around a table leg or something else, the only way the velcro will be perfect (and stay tight) is if it's wrapped just once and the velcro fits.
