I can't tell you how many sets of "Safe Back" earrings I've tried, but they kind of fell out of my daughter's ears. She's had her ears pierced since she was a baby, so she doesn't care. These are the first ones I've found that stay in their ears. Also, they are super cute! Highly recommended

Bought these for my 1 year old daughter the other butterfly earrings kept falling off and I got tired of looking for them in her crib every morning and was afraid she would choke on them if she found her she would find her before me. They need to be tightened about every week, but we've been happy. They are also suitable for their small ears.

super cute! I find it very difficult to hold the back of my daughter's earrings. They always seem to fall off and we lose them. She doesn't pull them, doesn't bother at all, but for some reason they just fall off. I've tried screwing covers back on in the past and they always come off within a week or less, despite checking them every day. One of them only lasted 48 hours before the back fell off and was lost.
