I really wanted to use this product. The packaging was good and the presentation was nice. I've been using the washcloth for less than a week and it fell apart completely on me. Arrived crumpled and I had to throw it away. I still use a loofah stick, but for me a $15 loofah should last longer than a few uses. will not buy anything from this company again.

I bought two of these. One for each shower. The first one broke the handle where the handle is because it was beveled to fit the handle. On the second, the rope that held the loofah to a stick came loose. I asked for a refund and they sent it but I just got back into town and now it says my return label is unavailable as it is over 30 days old. So now I think I bought 3.3 pieces of crap!

I originally bought this almost 8 months ago, finally had it one morning. I looked under the rubber grip and didn't see any mold as some others have said. 8 months is a lot longer than I expected. So good, my fiancé wants one. I just ordered and received my second one and so far it has held up to the first. With only one hand, this loofah is a game changer for me.
