I liked the affordability of the product. The inside of the package was damp. Couldn't find any damage to the packaging so we assumed it was leaking as the inside of the mailer was very wet.

You can't do without that. They clean, have no unpleasant odor and really wash off with water. I've been using them for over a decade, with city drains and suburban sumps; never a problem. I appreciate that whatever they delete doesn't stay in my recycle bin, it just disappears entirely. They're not cheap, so it's a bad idea to buy them for occasional use - they'll dry out if left in the box too long.
