Fresh Clay. no clay that sat too long

I ordered clay from the sellers which was old, hard and unusable. That was not the case, the clay ordered here was soft, supple and fresh.

Maybe he's old?

I have only used sculpy ultra light once so far. And then it seemed easier to condition and use. I kept conditioning it with my pasta machine and it just kept crumbling. I did a little research and found that a small amount of mineral oil will soften old clay again. That helped. But it's a shame I have to do this with everything until I use it.

Love it! Great as an indoor base for sculptures

Love it! It has such an interesting texture that it looks like a marshmallow. After baking it becomes very light and I use it in my sculptures to make sure they aren't too heavy. I use it in the top half of the glasses stands I make. I make strong wire anchors, apply some aluminum foil to give it more volume, then roughly sculpt the basic shapes with Sculpey Ultralight and bake. Then I use Super Sculpey Original on top to work out the details and bake again. I then use Apoxie Sculpt for the…

Soft but very strong

Where has this clay been all my life?! I started buying this clay when Ace Of Clay recommended it for sculpt reinforcement on Youtube.
