SeatCraft is great for keeping up-to date and organized

I like that we can customize our own menus to meet any needs or preferences of our customers (we do not get an update until they change something). At first it was confusing figuring out how everything worked but now its easy enough with some training. The only thing about this program in my opinion would be if there were more templates/options available so you could avoid creating your menu from scratch every time. We have been able to keep track of almost anything through seacrew includingโ€ฆ

Pros
  • I like that we can customize our own menus to meet any needs or preferences of our customers (we do not get an update until they change something)
Cons
  • I dislike that there is not more options or templates available for the program

Pleased overall, room for improvement

Easy to use system with good support from customer service team in UK - Excellent! System works well but lacks features that I have requested (such as ability to export data into my own database). Would like more functionality than can be found out of the box eg; creating new vessels/crew etc without having to go through several stages manually is time consuming & error prone. Good product however would benefit by adding some extra functions such as customised reports / exporting informationโ€ฆ

Pros
  • :) The ease of entry feature saves lotsa typing too !!! :') Can't think straight anymore
Cons
  • There are troubles
