Very easy assembly, very convenient, very cheap. Excellent back support. I have trouble finding chairs that aren't so low that I have to crawl out to get up. This chair has almost replaced my chairs.

In general, the chair is quite comfortable. What is missing is a sliding adjustable lumbar support. Also, it would be more convenient if the handles were adjustable. But with compensating cushions, the chair works quite well.

My mother is 93 and has fallen out of a wheelchair three times. With two armrests, getting up is very easy. It won't fall out because there are no wheels. She loves it and was able to help me (a little) to assemble HER chair.

This is a comfortable office chair for the home office. It glides very easily over our carpet and doesn't leave bumps on the carpet like a wheelchair. Like other reviewers, it may be too tall for those under 5'10 without a shoulder strap. I'm 6 feet and that's fine

Convenient and fairly easy to assemble. I ordered this because I wanted an ergonomic work chair without castors. This is what and appears to be of very high quality. As a bonus, it's made in Taiwan, not China. But like I said, he's big. I'm 5ft 9" and my feet don't rest on the floor so I needed a footstool. Also, the armrests are high enough not to fit under the desk's keyboard drawer, so I removed them. I think that's why it's marketed as a visitor's chair and not a work chair.

Recently purchased and so far very happy. I am a PhD student and study between 2 and 8 hours at a time. If you are looking for a soft and luxurious experience, then this chair is not for you. The seat is not hard, but firm and supportive. The material is soft and appears to be of a quality that will outlast the next 2-3 years of my PhD studies.
