Very disappointed with this product. I bought the suitcase for vacation in Costa Rica and was able to use it once. On the second attempt to use it, the case leaked and my phone got wet. Now it doesn't work. Lost all my information and the opportunity to take more pictures while on vacation. I closed the phone case and moved the grip like the first time (the only time the case worked) so it's not operator error. Maybe the phone case should be sold as a disposable case.

I bought this bag after using it while kayaking for friends. I failed to get the cord around my neck and the phone fell into the lake along with the case where I was. I use this to hold my phone while paddling. I usually go through about one case per year (80-100 days of use). When I received this I was worried it wouldn't last long because the material is much 'softer' and more flexible than other cases I've used. But so far so good. I used it on the water for probably 30 days. I don't always get wet, but I do check the seal from time to time to make sure it's still watertight.
