Use sparingly on fine hair

I've always had very fine (not thinning) straight soft hair. figuring out how to get texture and volume for my hair type. I'll share what works really well for me here. I use shampoo with Garnier Fructis Volume Extend. I only wash 1-2 times a week. I always blow dry. I want the texture and volume to be as clean and conditioned as what seems to be the worst condition for my hair. A little damage actually helps. frizzy Then I use a very, very small Remoldable Matte Texturizer Sebastian Craft Clay

Only worth it if you care about the EWG rating

Otherwise I would never use this product. First, I'm not sure calling it clay would be an accurate description. The gloss is not matte at all. Also, it feels quite greasy and it takes two or three washes with heavy soap to remove all of the product from hands after application. Besides, it works properly. It doesn't build up as thick as some of the other products I've used and it's really pita to get the entire product off your hands after use, but I think it's worth the splurge , if you value…

It doesn't have the strongest smell. It does smell like clay, but it's rather faint on the hair. It's also my choice whether to go running or to the gym. It keeps my hair off my face and doesn't come out easily through sweat. It also means it's a little harder to wash off at the end of the day, but not too hard. I probably

Not for me: Hair Care

I've been using Sebastian's Matte Putty for many years but found out it wasn't available from Revain at the moment so I took a chance using this clay. Not a fan. It seems to go away as soon as you rub it in your hands. What was left ended up on the first strand of hair I applied it to. It looked greasy and I didn't like the fixation. I'll keep it to myself and play with it a bit more, but I'll get back to Mattkitt as soon as possible. Update: Unsuitable as a hair product. However, Sebastian…
