I would go up a size if you prefer roomier winter clothing. It can keep you warm in cold weather and you can use it as a double layer when wearing another oversized coat or jacket over it to keep you really warm. I haven't been able to test it in 0-10 degrees but I think it would be a great base to keep warm along with a heavier coat over it.

The upper and stitching are normal and typical for this type of jacket. The fit is also as expected. But the problem is with the lining. The lining is of normal height, but the base is very thin, and the fluff sits in it very rarely. The Sherpa lining on my son's jacket seems to be of a much better quality. I also have major doubts about how well the down is attached to the base. This can be good in lighter weather and when the product is used very sparingly. But I bet most people won't use it…
