🍷 Secura Electric Wine Bottle Opener Review

It worked fine for the first few months, then we found that it stopped holding a charge. Even if he held the charge (for several minutes), the charge was depleted within seconds of pressing the button. We were left with wine bottles half screwed on but it certainly seemed like we had completely screwed up our hard earned money! I would avoid anything longer!

I bought this corkscrew in September 2017. Not long after that I found out I was pregnant which meant I had to say goodbye to wine. Now that I had a baby I stopped breastfeeding and is ready to open a bottle, the opener doesn't have enough force to open a bottle I tried several times and made sure the indicator showed it was fully charged I really like the look of this knife so it's very disappointing.

This is a great bottle opener compared to some of the cheaper models I've used in the past. The thermometer isn't really a feature I use often, but it's good to have. My only complaint is that the dock is a bit touchy at times and doesn't always "plug in" properly. I see a lot of reviews saying it only lasted a month, that's how long the battery usually lasts on a single charge, so I'm wondering if they've ever been able to properly dock it (I've had mine for years).
