Good shoes. Difficulty dressing the baby.

We love these shoes. They are warm to the touch but not heavy and durable for hiking/walking for my 18 month old. They are definitely harder for my child to put on than old shoes. We really need to tuck the heel in as the back folds up easily. I wouldn't recommend it if shoes are already a huge source of frustration for your little one.

Pros
  • Shaft about ankle length from arch of foot
Cons
  • Some bugs

Velcro is too short.

I am very disappointed in these shoes and have been very happy with the See Kai Run brand so far. These are cute, waterproof, non-insulated boots for snow or rain. My daughter liked her very much. Only every time she flexed her ankle, the velcro would come loose. Then she would cry that they need to be fixed. She has a thicker foot, but the velcro barely overlaps without her foot inside. Bad design. It's a shame, because there's nothing comparable on the market for toddlers. I will send them…

Pros
  • Awarded the American Podiatry Association (APMA) Seal of Approval
Cons
  • Non-Automatic

These boots look very cute BUT they are difficult to put on as the heel keeps slipping down so basically you need a kid size shoehorn. Because of this, our little one has only worn them a couple of times and yesterday I found that the laces on one of his boots had snapped. I wanted to return it as it is obviously a defect in materials or workmanship but also the return deadline just expired yesterday (which of course I saw today). So overall I can say

Pros
  • Imported
Cons
  • New competitors have arrived
