Great for computer components so far

I wasn't too sure about this power supply as I had never heard of it. Given that power supplies are so expensive these days, and without sacrificing quality for a low price, I took a chance and have not been disappointed so far. Firstly, I usually prefer big brands like EVGA, CORSAIR etc. but Segotep has been amazing so far. It is fully modular with all black wiring and is 80 plus Gold certified. So it immediately caught my attention. The build quality is top notch, not on par with the bestโ€ฆ

Modern design, gold rating, Nvidia 30X0 GPU support, dual 8-pin processor, fully modular design

This is a reliable power supply. Nvidia 30X0 GPUs (4 GPU power cables)* Supports dual-socket 8-pin motherboards (2 dedicated ports/cables each)* Attractive, durable appearance with nice finish* Quiet fan* Cable density on par with much more expensive brands * Fully modular. This block wasn't quite right for my specific needs, but it should be more than enough for any 8-core CPU running one of the new power-hungry AMD 6XXX or Nvidia 30X0 GPUs. Modularity + Quality: Internal power supplies

Modular - so much better than when your power supply had too many types of plugs you don't need and seemingly not enough of the ones you need most. Makes your case wiring much cleaner. Speaking of cabling, the cable that comes with this power supply is of good quality. Each wire is securely connected to its corresponding connector, and the wiring itself is of high quality. (You don't feel the wires and their insertion pins loosen in the plastic connector like cheap products sometimes do.) I'veโ€ฆ

Don't let the price put you off, this is a great power supply.

TLDR: Buy this power supply. Great quality and won't let you down. Deserves 6 stars for value for money. Segotep has been around for a very, very long time. It's just that it hasn't been a bestseller in the US for a long time. When I bought my 750W in June 2020 it was $130. It's not cheap, but I've since seen it drop to $80 here and at another major computer hardware retailer, NE. So if you see it at a low price, be sure to buy it and don't think you're saving because this and other Segotepโ€ฆ
