the simplest solution

I have power supplies that I need to work independently from computer motherboards. There are other power supply solutions for this, but at this price I can use the power supplies I have lying around. Works great, great price. I've already ordered a few more.

A useful tool for testing electronics on the DIY desktop!

A simple solution to turn on power

is basically a blank connector that shorts the two pins required to turn on power, simulating the action of the motherboard. This allows the power supply to be turned on without the motherboard. In this case, I used the switch on the back of the power supply to turn the device on. It worked.
