Great gloves! fits climbing gloves

Bought these for climbing with friends and they were fantastic. I had the best gloves in the group and never lost my footing or had any problems with gloves. Since then I've also been using them for outdoor workouts and they prevent my fingers from splitting or pinching. Great gloves! One note is that the cuff(?) is quite short. I'm still not sure if I like it or not but it's up to me as it might be a size factor. I accidentally pulled on the small loops to put them on which caused the loops to

Worked great to reflect the waterfall!

I bought this last weekend for a canyoning trip where I went down a waterfall. I wanted something to protect my hands and it worked great. The material was thick enough that I felt protected from rope burns and sharp rocks, but not too stiff that I felt like I was losing my dexterity. I was concerned about how the gloves might change when they got wet, but the fit stayed the same even when they got wet and there was no problem putting them on and taking them off. I wanted a new pair of gloves for when I need to climb the nasty stuff while hiking and hiking in the Olympic and Cascade Mountains. I've found that leather works well when dry, but gets too sloppy when wet. These are meant to be fully synthetic gloves, so they will perform a little better in wet conditions.
