Works great with chalk at home!

We made chalk out of it and it worked really well! I mixed 1/2 cup water, 3/4 cup plaster of paris, and some food coloring. This amount was enough to make 4 different colors. We will definitely get more! It set pretty quickly, which was good because I just poured it right into the molds.

Genuine item and easy to use

It was plaster of paris as advertised and very well packaged to avoid dust in the package which can sometimes happen with these items. It was very nice and clean. It was easy to cut a corner off the bag to further reduce spills and then I could just seal it when I was done and stick a piece of tape on it. I used it to make a toilet gasket that stopped the bowl from rocking but disintegrated when water leaked instead of hiding like a gasket. Did the job!

A complete failure on my part, the product works as it should

I accidentally messed up the mixing process and didn't make the mold fast enough, so I wasted the whole pack. But that's not the product's fault, it mixed well and set perfectly (FAST). Make sure you know what you're doing and/or practice a little or less. It really takes confidence and quick technique to get it right (depending on the application). As for me, I've tried putting a dog's paw in a cast to make a paw print, but it's good. Dogs can be smart. If you're just pouring it into a mold…

    • Lots of positive emotions
