Thank you to the reviewer for suggesting the idea for the mirror surface. This is how we used it and are happy with the finished product. Each tile is just over an inch tall. Easy to use, thick paper. I was able to cut separate squares for the corners to mask the tiles that didn't line up perfectly at the corners. Guests touch it to make sure it's real and give great reviews about how it looks.

The pattern fits really perfectly and was difficult to align but it ended up looking good but it's not perfect, wish it printed the same in every room in which one would be perfect one edge and the other had half a tile, not big but the other was half on one side half on the other then I matched those 2 edges and repeated perfect on the half and then like 10 tiles, then failed again, but still looks good

Very easy to install! Measured exactly what I needed and has mesh on the back making it easy to cut a straight line. The glue is so good that when you pulled the paper it actually came off the drywall (so I was extra careful afterwards), so I definitely recommend making sure you get it right the first time.
