I first bought Sengled Wi-Fi bulbs, but the ones I put outside for the porch lighting stopped working after a few months (it wouldn't connect to Wi-Fi even after I brought them inside and closer to the center). Customer service was fantastic and replaced the bulb for me but advised not to use it outdoors as these are indoor bulbs. So now I need a new solution. It's perfect! I've been into smart home technology for a while, but sometimes the simplest solution works best. We love it when the outside light comes on at night, but we don't want to waste energy by forgetting to turn it off in the morning or when it's dark outside if we forget to turn it on.
