Good looking but unreliable

They're handy as a base for decorative hair combs and, to be honest, a lot nicer than plastic combs, but they work. They withstand many uses before failing. The wire is deadly soft to the touch, making it very easy to bend and deform in ways it shouldn't. Next time I will make my own comb bases with a harder and stronger wire. If you need them for a one-time use, like at a wedding, they're great. They don't pull or tear your hair.

Product exactly as advertised but poor packaging = item damaged on arrival

Mine is straight arrived . "Bumped" would be a better description. According to the manufacturer, the wire used in them is soft, so why on earth put them in a tiny plastic bag and then stuff them in an undersized box before shipping?! Almost every comb has curved tines. Also, they look good and match the ads.

Hard to find locally.

I've been looking for them everywhere and all I could find was cheap plastic. they break easily! I like them because they are metal. I was concerned that the hair would break when removing it, but my hair broke less than with the hair clips I was using! A few times the pins are a bit bent, but everything is fine! curves straight back! I wish I could find them in colors like black/gold/various! Such a good find, I will buy again!
