An insufficient amount of mid-range frequencies (when listening to music, you will constantly notice that something is missing in the sound). 3. The headphones exhibit noticeable distortion at high volumes of music playback when being worn by the listener (the sound turns into low-frequency porridge). A decent amount of bass is present, but it isn't particularly memorable. 5.The ear pads are of inferior quality than those of the cx 300-ii. 6 They give off an unattractive, low-quality impression (at least the black version). - The headphones come with a set of ear cushions in a variety of sizes, but sadly, the size of each cushion is not chosen to provide the best possible fit. My guess is that 99 percent of people utilize the ones that were installed initially, and the ones that are included with the kit are either too tiny or too huge. - I found that the standard ear cushion did not work very well for my ears, as it caused me some discomfort. - The wire is abrasive, and it makes a grating noise when it is touched and agitated. For athletics and any other activity, it is not at all acceptable. If you are expected to listen while sitting or lying still, then that is all there is to it; if not, it is probably best to check into other available options.
