I used it exactly as the packaging said and when I tried to remove the cream NOT A SINGLE HAIR was removed. I tried again under my arms and it was the same. I don't know if I got the one that wasn't active but it was very disappointing.

The best product I have ever used. I leave it longer than stated and have not suffered any chemical burns. Hair grows back slower and thinner. I'm buying this in 2 boxes, I love it that much. My only complaint is that there isn't much product in the bottles. Sufficient for only 2-4 applications
