Reversible design is the best idea. foam and poly filler. A foam pillow is firmer and taller (and cooler). With Fill up, the pillow is softer and lower.

These cushions are two years old. You are done. If something has a 10 year warranty I would expect it to be at least 10 years. These things are toast and not worth the money.

I used to have this brand of pillow and after a few years I liked it and wanted to buy another one. But now the quality is not the same. The foam side is fine but the fiber side flattened out immediately after 2 months. Hate it. Not worth the money now as the quality has changed.

Bought on 30th July 2019 and now on 11th October 2019 and damn flat. 40€ is definitely not worth it. Disappointing update 8/3/2020 I bought a new one of these pillows, first I was sent 2 cheap pillows and then the replacement pillow was the right pillow but it already broke with the zipper!

Don't let my low rating put you off trying this pillow. In fact, my mom and I have one and we love it. The problem arose when I ordered another one. I should have known right away that something had changed, but I always figured it just needed a hack. Now I've let it run past the return date. Big mistake.

Bought this because I love mine and it's getting old. This one looked exactly like mine, in brand, size, twice the comfort. But it's really hard. I got it for Christmas and still couldn't sleep on it in July. I've used it as a back pillow while reading in bed, but it hasn't softened all the time. Too expensive because it doesn't work!

I've had this pillow for 5 months now and since using it I don't wake up with a stiff neck or headache problems. The pillow is quite hard but comfortable. An additional unforeseen benefit is that it has reduced my snoring. The case that came with it seems to be of good quality. I have had two of these pillows for about a year now. I bought these for the dual comfort zones, vented foam (can't stand a hot pillow) and the pleated sides to help me get support under my neck. This pillow doesn't really get hot, but as far as support goes, forget it - the gussets don't do much. After a few nights of use, to get enough support, I have to fold the front of the pillow under my neck, tie it under the headboard, and quickly lower my neck onto the portion of the pillow that I…
