This organizer from YITON has worthy competitors. Many of the same priced ones are actually leather, they're not. It is made of polyurethane or so-called PU leather. Those made of similar material cost a few euros less and/or have additional features: the most common are metal trimmed edges and a magnetic closure. Great wallet for travel documents

I'm not a waiter but I liked and have always wanted one of those wallet/organizers that waiters use. This YITON waiter and waitress serving book is exactly what I wanted and I think it will make a great travel document holder. Amazing for waiters, not bad for other people

It's been years since I've waited tables but I appreciate there's plenty of room for stuff, it's easy to keep order and there is no trouble taking orders without looking dirty.
